• There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from a tour or early checkouts from a resort, hotel or surf camp.
• There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds given for reasons pertaining to surfing conditions or weather conditions.
• There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds given for reasons pertaining to a global, national, or provincial political situation that does not directly pose a security threat to the safe operations of the tour in the specific region.
• We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment. Failure by the client to obtain a passport, visa or proper vaccinations.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email by the reservations department. Email: [email protected] The complete deposit is non-refundable. If the written cancellation is received by the company after 60 days but not less than 30 days prior to departure, the complete deposit is non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee applies to all other monies received by the company.

• Cancellations received with 31-60 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be rescheduled to future dates with no penalty.
• Cancellations received with 15-30 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be rescheduled to future dates with a penalty* of $200.00 per person.
• Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be rescheduled to future dates with a 50% penalty* of the package cost.
• No refund will be given for No Shows or nights not used resulting from Premature Departure.
